It’s not every day that we get to move a near life-size elephant. And that’s exactly what we were tasked recently to do by our client, Jawbone.
The “ellies” were expertly designed, crafted and hand-pieced together by the amazing Jawbone team, after which Redline was required to handle-with-care, and transport to Cape Town International Airport and OR Tambo.
Fundamental to a logistics project of this nature is the understanding that fragile cargo is in many cases one-of-a-kind, and cannot be replaced. As the professional logistics supplier, Redline absolutely has to get it right first time. Delicate consignments like these Amarula Elephants take many months to produce, and replacing at short notice is absolutely not an option.
At Redline we love a challenge, and this project was certainly just that.
